How to replace the tiny light in high beam section

On the high beam side of the headlamp assembly there is a tiny light at the top that lights up when the low beams are on. Anyone know how to remove this? I'm having technical difficulties.

Should just twist free. i changed both of mine to LED....

Thanks. I guess I just need to twist with more force. That and smaller hands.
