Default Tail light bulb replacement, need help.

2008 RX 350, Noticed my left rear tail light is out, it's the one in the tail gate. I first noticed the plastic nut and figured I could take it off and the whole assembly would slide out ( that's the way GM would do it ). It didn't, so I did a search on CL, I saw somewhere that you have to take the covering off the hatch door, but no real details. My question to you, are there any secrets before I start prying and pulling?
Thanks in advance, Tim

Default Cover

If you want to get into the lift tail gate section. The cover is one piece with a set of pins and clips. You just need to start on a corner and pull slowly. The first time the pins will be tight.

Default Lights

You dont have to take off the whole panel. But it will be harder to change the bulb.

Unless you have some skinny hands.
