Default How to Remove Tail Light?

Hey CL,

So I did something pretty dumb today. I was trying to take out my rear turn signal bulb out of the tail light assembly and the bulb (aftermarket LED bulb) got dislodged from the socket and is now inside my tail light assembly. After fighting with a coat hanger for the past 30 minutes, I've resigned myself to taking out the tail light and getting it out that way.

Does anyone know how to take out the tail light assembly? Or does anyone have any good ideas on how to get the LED bulb from inside my tail light assembly? It's a pretty large bulb (just barely fit through the opening) so I'm not quite sure how to go about doing this.

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated!

HHHHMMMM sounds like a magnet stick would do the trick, it can be purchased in any local auto parts store. Its used for taking screws out under the car and tight spots. Either that or to remove the tail light which is mounted on few bolts.

Thanks for the suggestions GS350Lexus! I didn't know such a tool existed. I went out and bought one today ($2.99!) and in less than a minute managed to get the bulb out. Thanks again for your help! This was much better than taking out the tail light for sure!
