Talking How to reset windows to default on 2007

I just bought my second Lexus RX. My first was RX330 and now I have the RX350 2007 model. I have looked through the owners manual and need to know how to reset the windows and door locks to factory default settings. The moon roof as well. Also I looked at the Lexus website and found that an aftermarket alarm was installed six months ago. Any ideas why? Or how can I check this.

Thanks in advance!

Please provide additional details on what you are trying to accomplish. "Factory Defaults" is a bit nebulous. Are you referring to the "Lexus Personalized Settings?" Those need to be done by the dealer. See attached.

If I am understanding you correctly, for the windows (you need to do this on each door, you cant just do it all from the drivers master window switch) roll the window up half way, wait a second, then hold the switch so the window rolls all the way up and keep holding it for about 1 second after it has completely closed, repeat this on each door. For the moon roof, hold the tilt up button (the toggle switch farthest away from the windshield) until the moon roof goes through a complete cycle. It will open, close, tilt up, tilt back down and stop. You can stop holding the switch once it has completed this full cycle.

All the windows, moonroof, even power lift gate reset instructions are on the owners manual. I know it's there because I went through all the reset procedures after my RX came out of the bodyshop. As for aftermarket alarm,
no clue but I did once thought about putting an alarm with remote start with smartphone friendly remote app on.

You can check if there is an alarm horn under your hood or a power cable with fuse connect to the battery to identify the alarm cabling also there should be additional alarm warning light inside the cabin, is the alarm disable or still active ?
