Default CV Joint Boot

My passenger side CV joint boot is damage & leaking grease (2006 RX330). Is it OK just to replace both the boot on the same CV half shaft or replace it with a new CV joint instead of only replacing the boot. Anybody encounter or already experience a problem like this, maybe you can enlighten me of how much it will cost.

Thanks a lot in advance.
