Default Lexus Rx330 Problems...any solutions?

1.) I was driving yesterday in really cold NY weather when I got got the light for my windshield washer fluid, but then I also could hear some higher pitch motor like it was running? I replaced the fluid, but now my headlight nozzles don't pop out and the windshield pressure is pretty low. Is it a bad pump? What caused it?

2.) I got the headlight alignment light, haven't found a fix on the forum. Any ideas?

3.) Steering wheel shakes when I brake over 70MPH, does this mean that my rotors have to be resurfaced? How much will that cost?

I can't help with 1 or 2, but the shaking when you brake could very well be the rotors. You best have them measured by your mechanic. Before you do that, check out your wheel lug bolts to see if they have been over torqued. This frequently happens during tire rotations. The Lexus requires less torque than many other brands (76 ft lbs). Over torquing can cause shaking.

teh shaking while braking could be wheel balancing as well.....do you have uneven wear on your tires?
