The drivers side armrest is loose on my '04 RX330 and i was wondering how to get the black plastic cap off? I know once I can get that off there should just be a nut to tighten up and away I go. On the otherhand I don't want to force the thing off and end up breaking the plastic cap. Any thoughts?

 

It should just pop off. Try it and be slow.

 

The cap just pulls off. I have had mine loose 2 or 3 times. When I installed this wide armrest. And to tighten it up.
