Default How do you remove the seat back panel?

I am trying to install a couple head rest monitors. They come pre-wired, but I need to remove the plastic panel in the rear of the seat to connect them. It appears they have plastic clips on the top of the panel, but you can't just pull it off. Can anyone help?

I have installed DVD headrests in 2 Lexus and 2 Toyota; if i remember correctly there are elastic straps to clips and screws on the bottom and then it should pop off if you pull down on them.
