Default 2006 RX330 - replacing battery in key

My 2006 RX330 is five years old, and I want to replace the battery in the key (wireless remote). The problem is that I cannot remove the screw that attaches the cover to the key. The screw is "frozen" and the head is so small that it is impossible to apply much torque. I tried using "Liquid Wrench" but that did not help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Use the right tool, try and try again. Be patient.

I would not try the "Liquid Wrench" or any other liquid to help in this if it were to go on the inside it me kill the remote once and for all
