gen5 nav version 07.1 upgrade to 09.1

I'm thinking about updating the maps in my 2009 rx350

current map version is 07.1

i have a 09.1 disc ready to go

will 09.1 add the dreaded "i agree" button? my current map version 07.1 doesn't have this and it's nice. i would hate to upgrade the maps only to get the damn "i agree" button added

I think I bought the 9.1 or 8.1 last november and it does not have the I agree button. Not sure about this year version

do u have a gen 5 nav system?
