Default Plastip..for black matte emblems.

Well thanks to everyone on the IS forum, I decided to plastip dim my emblems and grille to give the car a little more aggressive look. It isn't that difficult to do.

Here is how the emblems look, sorry the crappy pictures they are from my camera phone.

Here is the link on how to do it.

The emblems were chrome, and I hate the chrome look. I only like the chrome door handles on the Rx. Now the black pearl, I love that look!

In the near future I will be having my wheels, grille and all my emblems painted blue pearl..like I did when I owned my GS...it really made my car stand out.

Sorry adam8065, but I am not feeling that grill. It looks massive compared with the standard OEM grill and looks a bit out of place somehow. I have a silver too but the important thing is that you like it at the end of the day.

That is the standard oem grill it is just painted matte black. The Lexus emblem is in the middle of it. And I'm not really in love it with it, just a little different because I was bored with the way the car looked

I will be purchasing the Thundercloud grill shortly

Sorry meant standard oem grill over the blacked out oem grill. Thundercloud would be nice, although I myself am trying to see whether I can get the WALD grill as that looks fantastic but don't know if it would work with no kit on the car.

You should go to the photo shop section and ask someone to photoshop it on Rx
