Default Neat Diagnostics Tool and Data Logger

Saw this online today:

Do not have it, but I am interested if it does what it says and perhaps even help in resetting. Has anyone else heard of this product?

It depends on what specifications you want to look at. Having an Iphone, it certainly makes this more portable, but I like to stick to having a small OBD2 scanner in my RX along with a laptop diagnostic software for more tricky issues, like Digimoto for instance.

I keep this Autel scanner, http://www.amazon.com/Autel-MaxiScan...2869628&sr=8-1 in my RX300 and it even supports the new CAN protocol for new vehicles, very simple, but does the job for me to see what code is there and clear any codes.

I have the autoenginuity with the nissan enhanced that I used for my G35 but I've used the basic OBDII scanner/error code reader on my old RX300 and I assume it will work for my 2008 RX400h

That is pretty cool but expensive. For that price, plus the app, it better do what it says.

Looks like it would be more useful for serious tuners. There's more cost effective devices for the basic stuff like getting and clearing codes. Then again, if it worked as well for my BMW, VW, Miata, and Lexus, it might be worth the investment. But I don't see any mention of it being able to clear codes.
