Default Tweeter Speaker in the Window Frame

Has anyone replaced the tweeter speaker in the front window frame behind the triangle mesh? I do not think mine are connected or their blown. I placed a thesascope over the mesh and there was no sound. Besides trying to hear them, what else can I do to see if they are connected or blown?

make sure you turn the treble up full on your stereo and recheck, it probably does work

I turned the treble up to +5 and the bass and mids to -5, no sound. If noone has had this issue, as much as I don't want to, I'll take it to the dealer.
