Default Centre Vents

Hey all, just wanted to know if there was a way to block or stop one of the centre vents? I know that I could probably use one of the settings to change to one of the other modes for air flow that diverts from the centre vents. However sometimes I like the centre vent on the driver's side cooling me down while I am driving, however the Mrs doesn't like the blowing on her side. Is there a way that I can turn it off or do I have to make something that would block this vent? The only solution so far is to turn the blower down to the lowest setting.

From your picture you have separate temperature controls. Go into climate and set the temp to dual, then let her turn up the temp while you turn yours down.

Have you tried sliding the center chrome adjustment slider all the way down and all the way to the left? That would almost close it off and send what air came out to your side of the car.

Is that Lexus in your camera which is double parked? What nerve.. Who would do such a thing!!

Don't think there is a way to stop the airflow so I would take the advice of the two posters above. Good luck..

Hey guys, thanks for the info. That picture is just one I grabbed from the web. Mine looks exactly the same though, but it was easier for me to link that, than go take a picture and upload
