Default VAIS - Vline LED lights

Has anyone attempted or already have these installed?

http://www.vaistech.com/products/vline/vline.php

Any tips? The manual only shows part of installation and doesn't for how to actually connect the lights.

Page 8 shows the wiring diagram. Kit is kinda lame since you basically glue the LED strip right to your headlight. I'm not sure how I feel about this Audi LED lamp craze either.

Would like to see it on an Rx 330 Cause it's tempting to get. The pics on the site are on an IS I think. They look ok, but kind of out of place.

Any tips?

Before you spend your money, you may want to verify that it is legal to have them in your state. I can only speak for California (as I remember this when I was a kid), but there is a maximum number of lights you can have on at one time. The CA. Vehicle code section is located here (vc24405):

http://dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d12/vc24405.htm

Now, I'm sure many will ask how BMW and other new manufactures get away with it? I beleive that because the single LED's are behind one lens, they count as one light but in my opinion they are in violation as you can clearly distinguish each and every LED (light). Now if the LED's were defused by a lens, then you good to go, but then that takes away from the uniqueness.

What is this Merc c200 you speak of? Any links or pix for an example? I'd prefer something like this rather than the headlight area.
