They also sell a similar universal actuator on eBay Motors for $2.97. All the ones designed for Lexus are over $200. Have you tried at a automobile salvage yard?

 

Options are:
Replace the bad one with OEM new or used.
[used you may not know how much use it has had before]
Other then cost, the labor is intensive ... I worked on my son's SC and it was painful.

Repair the one you have by replacing the motor {search the GS400 forum, I dont know if the same motor is used in RX**


Then the option is to add the universal actuator [like the one you posted the link]. {search RX first gen forum**
