Default Electrical problem in center console

2008 RX 350 with the Lock Pick system installed. No problems until some time in early October when we were on a long drive and the center console went black, no radio, not heat, etc., ESC light came on and Check Engine light came on, turns out the GPS fuse had blown. Took it in, they replaced the fuse and reset the error codes and two weeks later the exact same thing happened. Since then, we've been afraid to drive it on a long drive since its pretty cold out and we don't want to be stuck without heat until we can replace the GPS fuse. Today a new issue with the HomeLink system, hit the button to close the garage and nothing, made sure the opener wasn't in lock mode, still nothing, tried another button first and then the other button started to work. The two issues may not be related, but it is a bit odd. Anybody else seen anything like this?

We took the lockpick out after the first time, just in case. Lockpick allows you to use the phone and nav controls while moving. I understand why Toyota/Lexus disable those things when driving, but if you have a passenger, then they should be able to operate those things when moving. Makes us nuts and the lockpick lets us deal with it without as much swearing. Hubbies BMW only has two things I like more, being able to operate nav and phone controls while moving and downloading the phonebook from the iphone on every start up. Hoping to find out what the heck this is soon just to get the mystery over with.
