Hey there, I'm thinking about getting a 400h. The one I'm looking at is a 2006 with just under 30k miles and they are asking $31,500. It is from a wholesaler that deals in a lot of lease returns. Overall it is in pretty good shape. There are a few minor paint blemishes that they say they will fix before I take possession. What are your thoughts on buying from this type of dealer and at this price for the miles? Things to be aware of?

Think a better plan is to check Ebay prices, has the one you're looking at been maintained by Lexus dealer, 30k service done?? Does it have a clean Carfax ?? What's the reputation of this wholesaler?? By the way, welcome to CL !!

 

didn't see a lot to like on eBay. Before i pull the trigger, plan to pull carfax and get it checked out by a third party mechanic. Any other thoughts?
