abs light

has anyone ever had there abs, brake, and vsc light come on at the same time and if so do you know what caused it? TIA

May be the o2 sensor. Mine happened on the drive home from the dealer after service.

I think I recall reading that a loose gas cap might cause this. Worth checking.
