My wife and I recently purchased a 05 RX330 Thundercloud and I was fortunate to come across this forum with such a wealth of information.

Unfortunately, the 330 has had a few cigarettes smoked in it and I'm dealing with the aftermath. I would like to replace the passenger side interior door molding. I'm having a terrible time figuring out what part I actually need. I'm looking for the rubber interior colored strip that goes around the entire door opening and is actually attached to the body rather than the door.

Congrats on your TC, which of the two colors is it, the Flint Mica or the TC Metallic? The TC Metallic is the rarer of the two, only 500 were built of the total of only 6,500 TC's produced.

Ours is the Thundercloud metalic. Ironic part of it is there were two TCs for sale at the same time that were both within 150 miles of us. They were both the TC Metalic. Amazes me that there were so many more flint micas out there yet I haven't seen one for sale in our area since I've been looking but these two TC metalics showed up. I guess it was destiny.....

 

I believe Lexus sold alot more flint micas that year than your TC Metalic. In fact I rarely see your color on EBAY when I check the auction RX's.
