I see that there is an option to program my new (to me) 2006 RX so that you can "one touch" the rear button (on the vehicle itself) to open the hatch with the motor (versus manual lift as the default mode). Can this be done by me? Or must I make a special trip to the dealer (or wait for the first service)?
Also, does this vehicle have Bluetooth? It's not a big deal either way and I doubt that it does (no NAV, no ML) but just wondering if BT is standard for 2006?
If you have nav, you are likely to have BT, however, in the early versions, it was less than optimum.
Programming for the hatch is dealer only, up to you whether you want to wait for first service or not. On our RX the default is all doors unlocked before it will work. You may want to try this before asking for re-programming.
