microphone volume no-navigation

Does anyone know how to increase the microphone's volume on a no-navigation Rx? I've browsed the manual without success. Thanks.

If it's like the NAV version (and it probably is), it's got to be done at the dealer through their computer. If I remember correctly, there are three levels. It does help a lot if you direct your voice up to the microphone. You can try different ways while talking to your home answering machine then go inside and check.
