RX400H FWD Front Tow Dolly
Has anybody ever front towed their FWD RX400H with the front wheels on a tow dolly and the rear wheels on the ground? I can't see no reason why I can't. Only thing I see connected to rear wheels is ABS sensor, emergency brake, and hydraulic brake.

I thought the rear wheels had a regen system or something on them even without AWD but maybe I was mistaken because I can't find it in the manual.

That very could be Phil.....If it was a regular vehicle, no problem, since it being a hybrid, ''Margate'' brings up a good point.

Teamwork plz.
Well it looks like it may be ok to use a dolly on the front wheels since the Op's car is FWD best I can see too.
I was trying to confirm any "gotcha's" as a 2nd source of confirmation looking thru the service manual.
All I can see is on AWD there is a hybrid transaxle in the rear direct driven by the front hybrid transaxle but not seeing any hardware hooked to rear wheels for FWD.

In hybrids there is no any physical connection between front and rear wheels. rear wheels are driven by electromotor only

Well aren't they clever. lol
And it explains why I couldn't find driveshaft info.
Here is a pic that threw me off and got me thinking direct drive from front transaxle but looking closer it clearly labeled as a motor unit.
And after deeper digging everyone can see they are in fact not connected as mentioned above- Hybrid only.
PS- as for FWD as OP is driving I still not able to confirm if he has the rear motors & axles or not so hopefully someone knows because I can't find it clearly stated in my docs if it only applies to AWD.
