08 should still be within, unless high miles. Take it in!

Had my passenger headlight replaced in July 2010 (goodwill repair) and it has been leaking the last 8 months or so. Now my adaptive headlight warning light is lite.
Going to see if they will replace it again, not counting on it since it is out of CPO and a 2004 model.
Any news on this class action lawsuit? Has this resulted in a recall?
UPDATE:
I ended up pulling out the headlight per OP's instructions, Thanks! I took the ballast out and water was pooling in there and came pouring out, UNBELIEVABLE! Proceeded to blow dry everything and sealed it up with the silicone.
Re-installed and everything seems ok will see once it rains or I wash the car. Also the Auto leveling light is not on anymore.

It is important to check your headlamps for this failure from time to time so you can intervene before stuff fails.

Such a bummer that there is still problems with this even thru 08 . I have a 2004 RX330 and the Driver's side was replaced last April, now the Passenger side is wrecked with moisture. My VIN has a production date with a part number that is hard to find. The only place I have found the part even somewhat reasonable was lexuspartsnow.com. So even when I do this myself, and pull down the bumper, remove all the bulbs and parts off the old light, it still costs me $659. Such a shame that a wonderful vehicle like the RX has stupid issues like leaking headlights

Mine are both getting real (wet) inside. So I know what that means any day now. Thing is, it was all of the sudden?

I agree. My passenger side seemed fine one day, then after a few days of cold heavy rain, it was soaked. The driver side seemed to get a little wet, not bad, then dry up, until about a year went by and it was gone. As I said, it's a shame. If the Unit Assy's were $100 I would not care so much. Thankfully, my HID Bulb, ballast, and other parts are working.

Usually the leak is only on the top. No need to take it out, try sealing some more on the top and then observe.
