As most of you have read a few days ago a tragic story that a prominent doctor in Arkansas was critically injured when his Lexus RX was bombed. Based on the reports I've read or seen on TV, the bomb was put underneath the car below the driver side. The doctor was standing just outside the RX driverside when the bomb went off according to the report. I sure hope the doctor will recover fully and the cops will catch the maniac who did this.



If you look at the attached pic, the front end doesn't look like it's damaged that bad from the bomb blast and the inside passenger compartment looks intact. There was an aerial photo shown on CNN of the RX and the hood doesn't even look like it's damaged at all. I can't tell which RX version it is but it looks like it's late model with a mesh type grill. Maybe some of you can do some checking to find out what year it is. I'm just speculating here that if the doc was inside the RX instead of outside, he might've received very minimal injury. My whole point here is I'm just stunned that the RX looks like it had a fender bender instead of a bomb blast.
