Default Wash and wax

My wife wants me to wax her car because she saw how clean mine was. I said no way and now she's mad.

2oz of Optimum No Rinse and 2 gallons of warm-hot water is your best bet to wash it in your garage. After you do that, you can wax it in there too

So do you want to win the argument or do you want to be happy? When it comes to this sort of thing you can either be right or be happy.

I have been washing my wife's car for years. It is just one other task in a long list of tasks that I do.

Usually she takes it to a car wash but when she goes out of town I do the maintenance for her. For example today I took it to have the oil changed, the transmission fluid changed, the alignment done, and I took it to the car wash. When I came home I saw that they did not vacuum the trunk so I did it myself. I did not want to waste another 2 hours driving back to the car wash and wait in line, just to have them vacuum the trunk.

I still have to take it to Costco to have the tires rotated and balanced. I did this all on my day off, and oh yeah it was my birthday. Happy birthday to me! I guess this is a small price to pay for being married.

By the way I also do the laundry, clean the house, do the dishes, and mow the lawn.
