We are picking up our 09 matador red RX on Friday and trading in the 04 GX 470 the GX has been a great great car but we no longer need such a big car so we are down sizing and maybe getting some better mpg at th same time..... cant wait! Only real thing we are really going to miss is the awsome Mark Levinson radio we had in the GX, Why did lexus stop making it for the RX?

 

The Mark Levinson system will be offered as an option for the 2010 RX 350 and 450h. The 2010 RX350 has been stated to be available in Feb/March 2009with the 450h available a few months after....just around the corner. In addition to the new 6-speed automatic there will be new options including a sports package/sports tune suspension, 19 inch wheels, and a dual screen entertainment rather than the pop down middle screen.

Congrats! Picked up an '09 a few weeks ago, and loving it!

 

Well we got it home and over all its nice but a few things we miss from the GX
1.you have to "hold" the key to start it GX was just tap it and it did the rest
2.with nav you cant see the outside air temp without going out of the map in nav
3.no place to mount the xm receiver
4.ride is a bit stiffer then the GX
but over all we still like it!
