whats a better choice rx 300 2001-2003 or rx 330 04- and up? whats best years for rx 330? i heard 02-03 for rx was better year because of fixes of the new style for 01 beginin version ? how about rx 330? thanks and the rx 330 specs show save more on gas milaege? why is that?

 

the RX300 came out in 1999 and therefor, by 2001-2003 models, most of the "bugs" would have already been fixed.

the RX330 in 2004 was a first year in a model redesign. if you like the current style, then you should go with 2004 and beyond. The RX330 also has more power and torque and is more fuel efficient, probably due to advancement in technology

 

Your best bet would be to find an 05, low mileage. The 04's did have all the bugs. The 05's are obviously more money than the 04's. The 06's would even be a better find, but is only 2 years old....more $$.

Keep in mind the 04's warranty is up this year!!!!

 

thanks for advise, so i guess best choice from what i hear is2002-2003? wait from 99-03 was the only thing different in their product was some safty features and new design of rar taillights? thanks also is the trunk space more then enough room for a family car to go to the snow and camping as family adventures? i am still undecided between a honda pilot vs. rx 300 and comming close to make a decision but want advise from good folks like all of you who own these products? thanks

 

oh yeh i forgot that 2002-2003 models got revised tail lamps. If your looking for the RX300 in particular instead of the RX330, then you should post something in that subforum.

boot space is enough for a family of 4 and their bags.
