Wondering if there are any 100k mi+ RX330 owners in this forum, and what kind of experience have they had with their vehicle.

For RXSF, the radiator had a campaign update and was covered up to 90,000 miles ..... Lexus will reimburse you for that.

Our 2004 RX330 just turned 90,500 miles .... great vehicle (except for the dang brake rotor warping issue -- even with the TSB applied, still have some issues .. however, it seems to be isolated to our vehicle).

Yes, I was told that the radiator warranty was extended, instead of the replacement service campaign. It does not matter for me because I probably have it covered on my extended warranty.

i dont want to get into the details, but it was not covered under warranty.

the warranty covers people in cold climates, and i had just come back from Tahoe. everything was fine, none of the symptoms that were mentioned on the warranty extension letter. no increased engine temp, nothing. so i had no idea that anything was wrong, but i had a scheduled maintenance service. I was called in the middle that the radiator was cracked. coincidence? anyways, i had told me service advisor before we knew anything about the radiator, that i had just come back so he knew that.

so i tell him, isnt there a warranty for this? he says, the tech says its not in that area that is suppose to crack. so....i had to shell out the money

nah 80k or 90k mi should ne like nothing to these vehicles. I have heard from some van service guys that use Toyota Ciennas in their fleet that they were able to rack up 450 k mi on original powertrain. Just wanted to know if anyone on here has well over a 100K mi on their RX330.

Had a 90K service in December, still driving like new (though it cost over $1100).

Are you serious? My VIN number has a limited service campaign notice on the Lexus.com website and it clearly stated, that I needed to get my radiator replaced, under the warranty. When I came to the dealer, they brushed me off saying the warranty was just extended, in case it fails....go figure.

We had an 04 RX330 come into our dealer about a month ago to get the 120k service done, which included plugs. I didn't do it, but I was looking at the plugs, and they still looked brand new. That car is in the dealer about once a month for the next service. So it will be coming in in about a week or two for the 125k.

dealers, most of the time are reluctant to do warranty work unless they really have to do it. afterall, they make more money charging people high prices for services and routine maintenance. that dealer probably figured you might as well wait and see if the radiator will break and instead use that time they could have been changing your radiator, to charge someone 100 bucks for an oil change and tire inspection.

actually, the mailed warranty extender says they will change it if it breaks. so this isnt a recall, its just a correction
