Does car company apply patent for their design? if they are, they can sue whoever copy their design. Having said that, they will have to apply patent for every single component on the car otherwise, they can sue this chinese company which only copy either the front or the back of their car. LOL

 

I heard they even "copied" some sperms. Look at it from a bright side, if we need some new tail lights, these would be much cheaper
