you'd be surprised at how many people will whine and ***** about the idea that the RX and highlander are very similar cars. Or that many of the components are the EXACT same. Or how lexus parts and toyota parts are usually the same thing well except for the little lexus logo on them. disregarding the fact that most journalists think that the highlander (last gen) was a better buy then the RX. I for one could care less that my RX330 is almost a toyota, i dont care about that elitist BS, i dont brag to people that i own a lexus, i would take my car to a toyota dealership when it needs it, since it will most likely be cheaper.

 

There are similarities between the High V6 and RX330. Not identical. But most of the mechanical are similar. FACT. No need to debate about it. Use the knowledge to your advantage. There are no pluses or minuses.

A Toyota dealer versus a Lexus dealer, can not be compared. There's too much bias in a statistical sense.

Among Toyota there's a bell curve much different from a Lexus bell curve.
