15K miles service

Lexus Dealer has quoted $300+tax for 15k service which I believe is on higher side considering it involves mainly oil change and "inspections". So I was wondering what are the other option I've as I don't want to have issues related to warranty etc. later on.
Please share your thoughts.

Take it to a Toyota quick lube and get the oil change for under $50.....
