Just JDM accessorize it. I'm 32 btw. I have 16 years of modding all my cars.

The RX done right is a great platform to lower. In fact it looks pretty bad stock and the OEM wheels from the rear look like tooth pix. I hate people putting huge 24's even if lowered.

I think maybe you have not see enough class in the RX heavily modded cars. Dubs good god. It's a Lexus not a Chevy. Mine is on air, getting a WALD lip kit and some custom made shocks to get the wheels closer to the fender. Very executive, VIP style. Then I can have some wheels made to my order for a perfect fitment.

There are some great applications but allot of people just do not know how to do it right.

consider the RX is more like a family car.....

I would not mod the RX as

1. the wifey drives it
2. the baby likes the ride
3. If I need to mod, I'll do that to the IS!

Anyone know of a good front lip that will will look oem with the side skirts already on the car? I want to lower the car a couple of inches with a front lip and I am set. I will though paint all the emblems, thundercloud grille, thundercloud rims blue pearl like I did with my Gs.

If anyone thinks the RX can't be modded...they need to look at this...

That is an awesome looking black RX. The RX with nothing too much is an absolute stunner of a vehicle, especially just lowered. Good excuse for some pics (I have a stack more that I need to upload eventually)

Pause video at 4 seconds, sweeeeeet!! One of my favourite videos of the RX with air suspension.

Heck I would love to mod my harrier and go all out, but I have a child on the way and (for now) there will not be time or the extra resources needed to fulfil my urge to modify. I can do little things here and there.

About $1,600 ABS plastic lip kit. Wheels are also made by WALD. I am running Work wheels though.

I have the JOB Design kit on my RX and there's a big difference looks wise between a stock RX vs. one with a kit. I agree with infinirx that those RX with air are toooo loud!

Also has anyone hear every thought about painting the black parts that are at the bottom of the car? This is the first RX I have seen that has had this done, and it actually looks really nice. Wonder what the front would look like??

Stop video at 22 seconds and have a look at the part that is normally black on OEM cars

Draco, I did thought of painting the black plastic initially when I first got the car but after talking to my bodyshop buddy, it was quite costly to do and not to mention the paint doesn't quite stay on too well so I gave the idea up, since this is a daily drive for me. I rather get a body kit instead.
