When both the Drivers and Passengers seat are pushed back as far as they can go, the base of the passengers seat appears to be about 1 to 1/5 inches or so forward of the Drivers seat. Both seats are as far back as they can go. My old RX330 didn't have this problem and the Lexus dealer wasn't aware of an issue.
The different seat positions causes me to continually request my wife to sit back as far as she can when reversing out of parking spaces so that I can see any approaching traffic.
Yep. I've also found that when both seat cushions are down as far as possible, the passenger seat is a bit higher than the driver's seat. Not that I obsess over stuff like this or anything.
