Driver School Candidate
Once you pry the cap off, you can break off the plastic piece that the wiper hits when you try to lift it. The cap will still snap back on, but you'll be able to lift the wiper without having to remove the cap again.

Ok, that's a good idea. I just rotated my rear wiper insert...until I get a new one.
