That sounds like a good deal to me -- I paid about the same thing a while back for an '04 with all the same features (plus ML) and my car surely had more miles on it than yours.

And I really like the dark blue, but one was not available.

As for the "flat key," I use them on both of my cars as hidden keys on the car that I can get to if I lock the keys in the car (unlikely) or I lose it during the bar crawl (happens all the time). It's the only key that can really be hidden in various places that are accessible. Note that to do this, you have to have the plastic case that has the "chip" in it "hidden" inside the car, because you need to hold the chip near the ignition to use the flat key to start the engine. But with a litle velcro, the case can be secured in the glove box or console and it is practically invisible.

I have not had to use either one yet, in over 15 years of doing this, but it's nice insurance.

Apart from that, I don't see a lot of use for the flat key, as it certainly is not something I would carry around all the time.
