Finally found a CPO RX330 with the colour, options, and mileage that I was looking for. But, it's an '04 and not an '05. Other than Bluetooth (yes - it has navi), is there anything else that Lexus added to the '05's that are not in the '04?

I think the only difference is that the NAV system is a Gen 4 in the '05, but a Gen 3 in the '04.

The Gen 3 does not have Bluetooth, but I like the graphic display on the 04 better than on the '05.

Some other changes were made, such as improved roof rails that work (slide) the way they are supposed to and a new rear wiper arm that wipes the rear window clean across the whole length of the blade, but these changes will be done to any '04 under TSBs and under warranty. Most have had the wiper arm replaced by now, but most have not had the roof rails replaced because most people don't use them or adjust them.

Just those things and, of course, the gold plated license plate frame.

 

05 RX also gets a roll sensing side curtain airbags. If you haven't already you can check Lexus.com under CPO Model Library and compare the two.
