Running Board Experience's Wanted

oh, I am lucky not choosing runing board.
RX 350 is a kind of vehicle of elegant, round not look so strong as BMW X5, BMW X5 WITH RUNNING board is better than that without it.
Good thing I'm selling the RX soon so I didn't put the body kit on
I actually choose the running boards simply because they were cheap and hung down more than the body kits side skirts I've seen. The completed look was suppsed to have the rear and front skirts as well but I never finished it. I know it is not for everyone, but personally I'm not really an SUV person anyway so I just modify for the fun of it. I actually like the more musuclar MDX look which was supposed to be the SUV we were going to buy, so I wanted to beef up the RX looks a bit.
As for functionality, I actually rarely step on them anyway. Like I said, for me it was all for show. I needed some sort of side skirts anyway for the car shows that I enter. Some people like stock cars while I just like working on and modifying them. It's kind is a hobby and lets me spend a little time with my son
The springs were just Eibach springs. Eibach's and H&R were basically the only thing available when I lowered the car early last year. For me it doesn't lower the car enough, but I have a different perpective that other RX drivers. Installation was pretty easy and I did it in about 4-5 hours one weekend.
By the way. I'm 5"4 and my wife is 5"2. Do we coun't as midgets
