hi gys,i brought my car to service for rattles,most of rattles are gone but i have a new problem now that the instrument panel light is always on ,bright, i looked at the control **** for dimming the lights whether you click it all the way on or click it back lights are still bright with the HEADLIGHTS ON IN THE NIGHT.

The behavior you're describing is what should happen when the **** is turned fully to the right. So, it sounds like the **** isn't working.

Did you have the dash removed to fix any of those rattles? If so, maybe they broke the switch or a wire leading to it.

 

yes sir,that is the normal function,but as you said whether you click or not it is on,they did remove the dash to fix rattles with the headlights on in the night.
