We just bought a new rx330 with navi no ML... when we get incoming calls..it mutes the radio but doesnt ring in the car, is that normal? I have tried to keep my phone on vibrate and the normal ring setting. How can I fix this?

 

Mine rings. It's a different ringtone than the phone, but it rings. Maybe its the phone or service. Mine is a RAZr with Cingular.

 

I figured it would not ring with the phones ringtone... but I have tried a few phones - two from verizon (e815/v710) and the razr from cingular. None work

 

my treo 650 pairs and works well with the nav system but there has never been a ring. the call appears on the screen after the radio has muted.

My Treo 650 rings, except when the switch is set to vibrate.

 

I don't understand why it doesn't work properly.
