I just got my front half mask from sewells... and they ensured me that this will fit on the 2006 model. I started installing it and the very first instruction is to put the two 'S' clips in the upper portion of the hood... well the driver side has a hole in the proper place, but the passenger side doesn't. anyone else have this problem w/ 2006 model?? do these only work on 05? im not sure y they would simply take that hole out in this model... makes no sense.

any experience returning products to sewells?

The vinyl "bra's" (which is what it sounds like you are installing are a risky venture. You need to take them off and dry them if they get soaked by rain and even when dry if they are not ABSOLUTELY TIGHT dust will get between them and your painted surface and the vibrating bra (from the wind at highway speeds) will abraid yoir paint. I had this happen after one highway rip on a new '92 Corvette I had. Ticked me off royally to see the surface scratches after one 700 mile highway trip.

Be very, very careful...or better yet get one of those 3M clear plastic film bras. They can't move.

yea after reading the instructions ... i realized this... im gonna return it... its jus too much hassle to take care of. PLUS it doesn't fit!!... so anyone that has a 2006 RX, first make sure you have two holes on the inner part of the hood. They shld towards the top. I've just emailed the ppl at sewells regarding return policy, and have not yet heard anything back... im assuming i jus UPS it back. anyone know?
