I couldn't find the RX330 2005 model locally, so I've decided to go with the 2006

In SF Bay Area was able to get down to $1500 over invoice on it, but the invoice is also $600 over last year's.

Anyone else shopping for an 06 out there/?

I didn't know the '06 were out already. I'm also shopping for a RX but was waiting to see the diff. between the '05 and '06. Anyway, $1500 above seems a little high imho.

The RX should get the new 3.5L V6 engine in 2006. Just not sure when in 2006. The name will change to RX350. It might happen in spring of 06??

So we're talking about 2006.5?

I heard the RX will go to RX350 only after the ES330 goes to ES350...
Don't know if it's true though...

But I think I did hear that the RX will gain some minor facelift in mid 2006
