2005+ Enter Destinations While Driving w/o mods or splicing
Well I have just been out to my RX400H and it definitely does show the camera picture when I start moving the car, backwards or forwards slowly.
You have to press camera check to switch it on.
But I am in the UK so it may be different for USA

Hi Bob,
Now I am slightly confused!
I am not sure about that trick. I think it was someone else's.
Please remind me of how it works as I can't remember seeing it..unless yoou mean Zube's wire cutting trick?
Thanks

AM1 LOL wish ghetto streets had a symbol of rough neighborhood or smthg.
Guys- awesome info!
--As a newb 2005 RX330 NAVI owner, I would be interested in being able to make calls while moving, but would not want to deal without any wire splicing, anyone knows how to?
---Also, what voice commands are available- can't seem to find list, but appears there are too few. Guess I am spoiled by NAVI in my 2006 Acura TL....
---Can't figure out how to import the phone book from LG VX8700. The phone is paired and connection is successful, but all my attempts are unsuccessful.
Thanks a ton guys.

i think there's a help section for your address book on the lexus website. someone told me that if you cut the VSS wire in the NAV unit that should enable you to always enter when you're moving or not.

Now all I need is a Nav system which works.
