Hey I see that you've invested a lot on your A/V system, what kind of amplifier are you running on right now?

The tire pressure monitoring system on the RX is not like that on the new GS and IS. They use the wheel sensors to monitor difference is rotation speed. Therefore, the valve stems are regular traditional ones and you can swap any rim/tire combo on there as long as all 4 tires are of the same over all diamter which each other.

wat are the things tat u actually wan to do on the rx? could u pls let me know? @ least then i have something to mod to

I wanted to do the kit, but keep the ATS side steps because they hang down lower and look more agreesive. The red/clear tails, the mirror turn signals, adjustable coil overs if/when they come out with a set, I have a new fiberglass sports grill, a mild exhaust system, and drilled or slotted rotors. For the A/V I wanted to add a connection for an Apple laptop, add the Alpine touch screeen compatible TV tunner, Alpine navigation system, and add those Harrier flip down trays to the back of the front seats. That is about it for day to day driving. For car shows I was planning on having and independent home theater system in teh rear hatch that would use my existing home gear and be removable. At the shows I would just plug it in to the 110V outlest and it would run independently of my cars A//V system. I'm under a tire sponsorship and my contract will be up this August, so that is the last show I will do and retire the car from the shows.

Also, if I had time I was thinking of running these 20" for daily driving and get another set of 22" rims for the car shows.

I'm running a 4X100W Precision Power amp, for now. I also have a 5 channel Alpine that I haven't hooked up. That was out of my old system thus the mix match. I was planning on running all Apline amps because it would have been compatible with my Alpine touch screeen system where I could do adjustments and monitor the amp voltage and temp from the screen, but it looks like I won't be modding this car anymore.

Nah i didnt want that harsh ride. I am using 255/55/18
I tried 19s but i couldnt get tires to fit. So i settled on 18 and its still firmer than stock than i would prefer. I can imagine how 20s must feel

What size 19" tires did you try? I'm running 255/50/20 on mine. That tire diameter is about the max you can go. It is about 30" in diamter and I have less than a 1/4" clearance.

245/50-19. not sure who has it. But i bet it would cost 2 arms an a leg sinnce its not a popular tire. I would be cheaper to go to 20s. and didnt want it to ride like a car with no tires. HARD
