Default smoking tail lights??

got your attention... now has anyone thought of "smoking" their tail lights on the rx330? i've always liked the look of tail lights that has the dark tinted effect. mine is the flint mica, so i thought i'd look pretty cool.. so i'm just wondering if anyone has done so. if you do, can you post some pics? what products would u recommend? i have seen some spray thats really dark, but some that are kinda light.. so if you know of any, let me know. thanks!

If I had a 330, I'd stick with the OEM bright look.

While driving on the beltway this weekend I saw my twin. An RX330 in bamboo pearl with smoked tail lights. Looked pretty cool.

If you're the owner and a member of this forum, cool car.

Have never liked these on any car. Any device that makes your car less visible is risky to you and others. I'd pass on cool for keeping my family safe. Just my honest opinion.

Please keep in mind that they are illegal in whole or part in various jurisdictions around the country. In the areas which do allow for some form of tinting there are restrictions which dictate the distance in which the rear lights must be visible. Not just the brake lights when lit, but also the standard rear lights as you are traveling down the road at night.

Police are known to use tinted brake lights, amongst other devices, as a reason to stop vehicles for inspection.
