It's not about a problem. All it does is provide an exploded view of the transmission, highlighting where 7 solenoids are located. It then gives each solenoid a cross-reference code which can be used to find the correct part number in the parts catalog.
I haven't looked for new TSIB's since mid-April - I usually check every 2-3 months and post what I find.
To that point, there haven't been any for eiither the rear wiper or the ticking noise. The rear wiper hasn't worked since 1999, so I'm not holding my breath on that. I believe that a couple of people have posted things about the ticking noise suggesting that some dealers have tried to do something with it. A TSIB might not be far off, if it's not already out.

FWIW, Rain-X does improve the rear wiper issue for a while. I complain about it every time I have service on my RX330 and they just replace the blade. Wish Lexus would fix that.
