Any repair shop or body shop knows how to clear clogged door drains or clogged sunroof drains. These problems are common to every car made depending on where it is parked.
The front sunroof drains do not lead to the rocker panels so you may have multiple issues. The front drains are in the front corners and can be cleared with weed Wacker line as shown on many YouTube videos.
The rear drains are more complicated as the rear cargo area side panels have to be pulled to get at the hoses, separate them and clear them.

If the door drains are clogged they may have to remove the inner door panel, but every repair shop, or body shop knows how to do this.
