I've had this problem for years with my power windows staying on after the car is off. I replaced the fuse box once (ECU B) and had it fixed for a while....then it came back. it's so bizzare.
I ended up just unplugging the ECU B fuse and that fixed the problem...but it also killed my Steering sensor and power locks for key fob and other things. It's my work car so I just deal with it.
I noticed that when I pull the master door switch there is a repaired wire. Anyone know what wire this is. The grey one with the red repair crimp on it.
Going to take the door panel off and see if maybe this is the problem, bad crimp. It's too tight to work from the door with switch removed.
There are three grey wires, one goes to the door's lock/unlock switch (pin 14), one goes to power window motor (pin 1) and the other grey is to computer data lines (pin 8)

Thank you for the info. Good place to start. I've replaced the fuse box (ECU B) with no luck.hopefully this will help. I remember the problem being the Multiplexer line, #8, this might be the problem of why the windows stay on after car is shut off, overnight.
