Thermostat replacement 2008 RX400h Process

Update:
I was able to finally change the thermostat (after 3 weeks of working on it after work , which is located on right side of engine if facing vehicle(center of vehicle closer to drivers side, by removing or repositioning all of the parts on top or in between the engine block, and inverter.
The space is extremely tight, and will require "A LOT OF PATIENCE".
Take lots of pictures, or label clearly where pieces came from, for the re-assembly. Initially didn't do this and sucked up my time. (My mistake)
Most of the items use either a 10mm or 12mm wrench / socket.
Having the right tools will save a lot of time and frustration.
