Like Buzz says, 2008 RX350 below, but your pic is different, so maybe it is a 3.3L RX330. If it is a 3.3L, then when timing belt was changed last time it was just forgotten or mechanic lost the small bolt. Likely does not matter at all.

Ground points at the front and rear of the engine ED & EE are very important, it could affect your engine performance. Re-attach the ground eye-let at the arrow.
You
need to clean the ground wire with the green crust corrosion at the thermostat housing bolt and tighten the power steering reservoir pressure hose. It is loose.
Try this site as well for a resource: you can purchase and download the manual for most vehicles. There is a discount code available too- I have purchased for 3 so far, and they have been accurate. Plus, once purchased, it's yours.
I got the chilton book from library but feel like it’s a little light—- mostly on giving context for where the pics of whatever they’re referencing are.
I feel like I’ve seen a few references to the Alldata resource; any preference or reason to consider techinfo.toyota.com even if it is more expensive.
Im probably not going to do anything more crazy that changing a few filters/oil/ maybe brakes, and I’ve noticed some electrical wonkiness for power windows….

In this case, there is no need to spend money on the service manual.
One of us at Club Lexus will be able to help you with that.
